Made in context of Hellebou residency in Helleberg, Telemark, Norway. The viewer stands within the structure surrounded by text and informational drawings which refer to territories such as the european blu-ray disc region, regional fishing agreements, and other cross-national regional agreements that form alternative boundaries beyond those of land and sea or nation state territories.
